Service Description

We will be meeting at the Whitesbog Historical Village on Wednesdays during our seasonal semester dates. Spring Semester: "Pollination Celebration" - Spring Semester '24 (Wed. 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30) * On the final session day (4/30), all members of our Collective Group, including drop-off learners, will gather for a true Pollination CELEBRATION 10 AM! Morning Programming will include: Ages 6 month - 4/5 years Time: 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM Morning Meeting & Content Focused Stations This program fosters early childhood development through interactive and sensory-rich experiences. Young learners will enjoy a dynamic blend of songs, movement activities, and content-focused stations. Each session is designed to stimulate curiosity, enhance sensory exploration, and promote cognitive and social growth in a fun and supportive environment. Please note that on 4/30 our session may run longer. Fee: $210 per semester Drop-ins are welcome, provided space is available and prior communication and agreement have been made before the session begins. [For payment, we accept online transactions through our website, direct Venmo payments to @GrowingMindsNJ (please include your program selection or relevant details), or cash payments received before the start of the semester. Cancellation Policy

Program fees are final and nonrefundable. Growing Minds Enrichment LLC will not adjust fees for canceled sessions (we will often try to offer a make up session), late arrivals, missed days, or early dismissals. Fees are pre-scheduled and expected by the start of each series. Payments may be made online, by cash, or Venmo @GrowingMindsNJ. Fees are due and payable regardless of the child(ren)'s attendance. Ideally, the Caregiver(s) shall pay fees upon enrollment, but cash plans are accepted. In addition, if fees are not paid in full and on time, space in the program may be given to another learner. The hosts retain the right to terminate enrollment without notice for the following reasons: - The child(ren)'s behavior is destructive, uncontrollable, violent, or threatening to the other children or providers. This determination is made in the sole discretion of the provider. A parents's behavior is threatening or abusive to the other children or providers at the facilities. All terminations of this type can be made effectively immediately.
