Service Description
We are so excited to welcome members from Family Circle Co-Op to a pop-up program designed just for your community! We’ll be meeting at Whitesbog Historical Village on Tuesday, January 6th from 10-11 AM. This session is geared toward early childhood development through interactive, sensory-rich experiences. Young learners will enjoy a blend of songs, movement activities, and hands-on stations. Our programming is designed to spark curiosity, support sensory exploration, and encourage cognitive and social growth in a fun, supportive environment. Fee: $12 per learner. Please make sure to add additional learners if you are registering siblings. We plan to be indoors, which limits availability. Please note that we may end our session with a short “hike,” depending on the weather and temperature. [Payment is accepted online through our website. Once you register and submit payment, your spot will be reserved. All sales are final and we are unable to provide refunds.]

Cancellation Policy
Program fees are final and nonrefundable. Growing Minds Enrichment LLC will not adjust fees for canceled sessions (we will often try to offer a make up session), late arrivals, missed days, or early dismissals. Fees are pre-scheduled and expected by the start of each series. Payments may be made online, by cash, or Venmo @GrowingMindsNJ. Fees are due and payable regardless of the child(ren)'s attendance. Ideally, the Caregiver(s) shall pay fees upon enrollment, but cash plans are accepted. In addition, if fees are not paid in full and on time, space in the program may be given to another learner. The hosts retain the right to terminate enrollment without notice for the following reasons: - The child(ren)'s behavior is destructive, uncontrollable, violent, or threatening to the other children or providers. This determination is made in the sole discretion of the provider. A parents's behavior is threatening or abusive to the other children or providers at the facilities. All terminations of this type can be made effectively immediately.
