Service Description
We will be meeting at the Whitesbog Historical Village on Mondays during our seasonal semester dates. Fall Semester 2025: "Reptiles & Amphibians" - (Mon. 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13) 10-11:30 AM * On the final session day (10/13), all programs of our Collective Group, including drop-off learners, will gather together from 10-11:30 AM! Our upper level enrichment offerings are split into two age ranges including, ages 6/7-8 years old and 8/9-12 years old. The split groups will provide focused and age-appropriate content for our learners! Both STEM and Art will be rotated throughout the semester, running from 10 to 11:30 AM. Please note that on 10/13 our session will run differently. We suggest and encourage a Caregiver attends as well! Art and relevant projects will be displayed! Fee: $250 per semester Trials are welcome (as space allows), with prior communication and approval before the session begins. Reach out to us and we’ll create a registration link for you. Cancellation Policy
Program fees are final and nonrefundable. Growing Minds Enrichment LLC will not adjust fees for canceled sessions (we will often try to offer a make up session), late arrivals, missed days, or early dismissals. Fees are pre-scheduled and expected by the start of each series. Payments may be made online, by cash, or Venmo @GrowingMindsNJ. Fees are due and payable regardless of the child(ren)'s attendance. Ideally, the Caregiver(s) shall pay fees upon enrollment, but cash plans are accepted. In addition, if fees are not paid in full and on time, space in the program may be given to another learner. The hosts retain the right to terminate enrollment without notice for the following reasons: - The child(ren)'s behavior is destructive, uncontrollable, violent, or threatening to the other children or providers. This determination is made in the sole discretion of the provider. A parents's behavior is threatening or abusive to the other children or providers at the facilities. All terminations of this type can be made effectively immediately.
